Qualifications
- Proven Site Management experience on refurbishment or education-sector projects.
- SMSTS qualification required.
- CSCS Manager Card needed.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day site operations on an education refurb project.
- Coordinate subcontractors and labour to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain strong health & safety standards across the site.
- Manage programme, quality checks, and site documentation.
- Liaise closely with project managers, clients, and school representatives.
- Ensure all works are completed with minimal disruption to the setting.
