Our client is a leading construction company with a rich 50-year history. They are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to join their construction division. This role would suit Senior Site Managers, Project Managers, and Contracts Managers.

The company, known for its financial strength and integrity, excels in delivering projects with good margins, prompt subcontractor payments (within 7-14 days), and a focus on low-risk ventures. With business on the rise, they offer great financial incentives for talented Construction Managers.

You will be looking after a range of schemes from £250k-£3m in value. You will be working on mixed construction projects.

Headed up by a supportive and fair Director, you will be joining a team of 3 Contracts Managers.

The construction division is a lean team and is involved from conception to completion on projects, working closely with the Estimating team, offering valuable input during the tender process.

You need to be happy to get involved, and you will be client-facing, as well as going to the site and showing the scaffolders what they need to do!

The construction division is a self-sufficient department, where you will enjoy concentrating on the important parts of your role, rather than being bound by processes.

• You will be an experienced Construction Manager with experience working on general construction schemes.
• You will be happy to be involved in projects in their entirety and will have a proven track record of working on general contracting schemes.
