Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for Multiple Site Managers on a 12 Month Contract, based in the Midlands.

Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee 11kV-132kV M&E build works on substation projects across the Midlands. You'll manage daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality M&E installations on an ongoing long-term framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site operations for HV substation M&E works
• Manage subcontractors and installation teams
• Ensure compliance with CDM/H&S and client standards
• Oversee installation of switchgear, transformers, cabling, protection/control, earthing
• Maintain site documentation, QA, progress reporting

Requirements

• Proven HV substation experience (11kV-132kV)
• Strong M&E build background
• SMSTS/SSSTS & CSCS/ECS essential
• First Aid
• DNO authorisations (advantageous)
• Ability to read technical drawings & coordinate multi-discipline teams
