Your Role As A Quantity Surveyor Will Include:
- Offer expert contractual guidance to project teams
- Oversee commercial management duties
- Carry out cost planning, budget estimates, and financial reviews
- Review completed designs to ensure they meet commercial and contractual requirements
The Successful Quantity Surveyor Will Have:
- Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in a Quantity Surveying (within construction is ideal)
- Valid CSCS card
- Strong knowledge with construction contracts (NEC and JCT)
- BSc - quantity surveying, commercial management, construction management etc preferred)
- Valid UK driving licence
