RECEPTIONIST ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Job summary
A local law firm in Penarth seeks a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to manage incoming calls, input accounts data, and handle various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be methodical, computer literate, and possess a confident telephone manner. This permanent position offers 35 hours a week from Monday to Friday, with full training provided. Salary exceeds minimum wage.
Qualifications
- Must be accurate, thorough, methodical and computer literate.
- Confident and approachable telephone manner required.
- Experience with Excel and case management systems is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Input daily accounts data.
- Perform banking, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Handle post collection and delivery.
- Manage a busy switchboard and administration tasks as needed.
