Job summary
A local educational institution in Skipton is seeking a committed Property Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with various laws and internal policies. The role involves monitoring health and safety standards, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a positive safety culture across multiple buildings. Essential qualifications include IOSH Managing Safely and relevant experience, alongside strong analytical skills and a proactive approach. This is a permanent position with a salary range of £25,620.81 to £26,989.58 per annum.
Qualifications
- Qualification in IOSH Managing Safely is necessary.
- Previous experience of working in a similar role.
- Detailed knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor health and safety compliance in estates.
- Identify and address health and safety issues.
