This role suits a dynamic, people‑focused H&S leader, someone who can combine technical expertise with influence, communication, and diplomacy.
- Developing and delivering the company's H&S strategy.
- Embedding best practice across a diverse property portfolio.
- Supporting the insourcing of FM with robust safety frameworks.
- Driving engagement and ownership of H&S at all levels.
- Senior H&S experience in real estate, property management, or FM (not construction).
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- A pragmatic, polished, and professional approach.
- CMIOsh or equivalent qualifications desirable.
