HSE Manager - Eastleigh - Hampshire

Salary: 50,000 - 68,000

Our client is a leading manufacturer dedicated to producing products of exceptional quality. As they expand, they are seeking a HSE Manager to join their close-knit team.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Promote a safety-first culture through effective engagement with colleagues.
2. Create and implement a site Safety Deployment plan.
3. Monitor and improve the Group H&S Policy, providing advice and recommending changes as needed.
4. Manage the ISO14001 Environmental Management System.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• NEBOSH General Certificate in Health & Safety (minimum requirement), with willingness to study towards a NEBOSH Diploma.
• Experience as a Health & Safety Manager, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience managing ISO14001 Environmental Management System.
