• Minimum of 3 years in compliance, due diligence, customer management or financial crime roles.
• Strong understanding of compliance-related systems, including KYC and data protection regulations.
• Confident communicator able to work with non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conducting full Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on new customers.
• Performing Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for marketing activities.
• Ensuring KYC and AML requirements are fully met.
• Supporting the company’s mystery shopper programme.
• Refining compliance frameworks and monitoring processes.
