• Strong Commercial, stakeholder and supplier management experience at all levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in a Risk, Compliance, Legal or Operations Function.
• Direct experience of a CASS environment.
• Ability to prioritise and deliver against challenging deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight of Client Assets.
• Chair the CMAR Submission Monthly Meeting.
• Support development of CASS Risk and Control framework.
• Ensure key CASS Documentation is maintained and up to date.
• Oversee completion of all Governance and management information (MI) materials.
• Support oversight of CASS internal and external audits.
• Review relevant CASS MI, including exceptions and breaches.
• Represent the Team in projects and change programmes.
