A renowned food manufacturer in Lancashire seeks an experienced H&S Manager for a role with a pathway to Head of HSE. Key responsibilities include maintaining H&S regulations, cultivating a positive culture, and conducting training. - Strong communication experience from factory floor to management.
- Problem solving skills and a passion for upholding high standards.

- Enforce a positive H&S culture and communicate with all levels within the factory and external auditors.
- Create and deliver training.
- Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses.
- Identify opportunities for environmental improvements.
