This Indirect Tax team is a vibrant and essential part of the wider M&A Tax function, recognised for its work on high-profile, diverse tax transactions.

• Lead and Oversee VAT Due Diligence Reviews: Provide critical insights into VAT risks, compliance, and opportunities for clients in acquisition and sale transactions.
• Drive VAT Structuring and Restructuring: Offer strategic guidance to optimise VAT efficiencies and help clients manage complex operational challenges.
• Deliver Tailored Advisory Services: Collaborate closely with the Deals Tax team to design custom solutions that address clients' unique business goals.
• Manage Pre- and Post-Deal Advisory Services: Lead projects supporting clients with VAT-efficient structuring, compliance, and strategic solutions before and after transactions.
• Provide Expert VAT Advisory for PE-Backed and Real Estate Clients: Advise prominent portfolio companies and real estate clients on complex VAT matters.

• You possess deep technical knowledge in Indirect Tax, with a strong analytical skillset.
• You are highly adaptable, capable of leading multiple client and transaction teams simultaneously.
• You excel at developing and sustaining strong client and internal relationships.
• You have experience solving complex problems with innovative solutions in a collaborative environment.
