A leading engineering firm is seeking a Building Services Engineer (Electrical Biased) to ensure vital electrical systems are safe and effective across a secure estate. The role involves conducting electrical maintenance, inspections, and testing, along with supporting reactive tasks. Essential qualifications include a Level 3 Electrical Qualification and experience with HVAC and lighting systems. As a Building Services Engineer (Electrical Biased), you’ll help keep vital electrical systems safe, compliant and running effectively across a secure and varied estate.
Day-to-day, you’ll carry out electrical maintenance, inspections and testing while supporting reactive tasks to ensure the site continues to operate smoothly.

This role is 37 hours per week, based at Boscombe Down.
MOD Boscombe Down is a unique operational site featuring the longest military runway in the UK. Primarily focusing on providing testing, evaluation and support services for aviation and aerospace systems. Renowned for its extensive flight testing capabilities the site plays a vital role in the UK’s aviation defence contributing to the development, testing and airworthiness of military aircraft enhancing operational readiness and effectiveness.
