A leading healthcare communications agency seeks a Creative Lead to shape creative vision across multi-channel campaigns and digital projects. You will translate complex insights into compelling stories while leading a team of designers. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience and a strong portfolio showcasing digital design and UX skills. As Creative Lead, you’ll shape and champion the creative vision across multi-channel campaigns, experiences (gamified online courses, live training, and immersive workshops), and digital projects.
You’ll transform complex medical and strategic insights into compelling visual narratives that engage, educate, and inspire—pushing creative boundaries in healthcare communications.
This is a hands‑on leadership role offering genuine career progression in a growing, forward‑thinking agency.
In your portfolio we will be looking for recent examples of digital design, UX, learning design, and interactive design / motion graphics, with evidence of creative direction, idea generation and problem solving.
You’ll lead a team of three Designers, inspiring creativity and ensuring excellence across all outputs (previous line management essential)
Most of the work involves interactive digital projects where there will be several UX decisions that directly influence the design.
A strong design background with evidence of great concepts and ideas is the priority.
Experience with digital projects and e‑learning comes next.
The key thing is design and layout expertise .
They already have a solid team to take things forward from style frames, but they need someone who can bring strong ideas that land well with clients — and then help maintain high design standards throughout.
Design Tools and Workflow : The backbone of their workflow is Figma, where they collaborate in real time through both Figma and FigJam.
Their projects are highly interactive and collaborative — both internally and with clients — and Figma enables them to co‑create, review, and refine ideas efficiently.
They’re an advanced Figma organisation, with a well‑established design system that supports consistency and speed across projects.
While Figma forms the core of their UX and design collaboration, they also use the Adobe Creative Cloud suite for detailed visual design, animation, and production — ensuring every concept is executed to the highest creative standard.
