As an In-Room Dining Waiter / Waitress you will be the face of our room service. You will ensure every order is delivered promptly, beautifully presented and served with genuine warmth and attention to detail upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms efficiently and with precision ensuring impeccable presentation and service.

Provide a warm personalised experience anticipating guest needs and going above and beyond to exceed expectations.

Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally and promptly.

Assist with the setup and clearing of trays, trolleys and service stations maintaining cleanliness and order at all times.

Liaise with the kitchen and other departments to coordinate orders and special instructions smoothly.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu including dietary options and preparation details.

Ensure compliance with all hygiene safety and hotel policies while representing the brand with elegance and professionalism.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment is preferred.

A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
