Job Title: Corporate & People Taxes Specialist
Duration: until December 2025
Location: London (Hybrid, Tuesday - Thursday office)
Start Date: September 2025 (ASAP Start)
This role will support driving our tax strategy and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You will support the business across various operational areas on both corporate and people (employment, mobility) tax matters, reporting to the Head of Corporate Taxes for Europe. This role requires strong advisory skills, strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement to manage tax risks, enhance processes, enable projects and ensure compliance across the European region.
Key Responsibilities.
Act as a key contact for corporate and people tax matters, supporting the Head of Corporate Taxes for Europe on strategic and operational matters.
Contribute to strategic corporate projects (e.g. new locations, expansion of operations) and advise on corporate residency, permanent establishments and board director matters.
Support on transfer pricing matters, R&D, tax audits and tax authority engagement.
Manage corporate tax compliance (supported by advisors), including tax provisions, for 10 European entities and branches, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Advise on and monitor employee mobility/travel and assess corporate tax, payroll and social security implications (supporting Global Payroll and US Corporate Tax).
Partner with HR, Global Payroll and Global Mobility teams on operational matters, including support for employment tax returns, UK PSA calculations, contractors (IR35) and expatriates matters.
Identify opportunities and deliver value through process improvements and adoption of technology.
Maintain robust control frameworks for your areas of responsibility, ensuring consistent practice and compliance, and contribute to broader governance and tax risk management.
Monitor and interpret legislative changes across Europe, advising on impacts and leading implementation of required changes.
Provide support across a broad range of tax-related projects and initiatives, contributing expertise and resource flexibility as needed to meet evolving business priorities.
Qualifications:
Strong background/ experience in a similar role
Strong advisory skills, strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement to manage tax risks, enhance processes, enable projects and ensure compliance across the European region.
Accountancy qualified. (Tax qualification would be a bonus).
Bachelors Degree preferred.
