Based at EACH Ealing. Remote working required, primarily offsite in LB of Ealing.

£27,300 - £30,095 pa (full time equivalent inclusive of outer London weighting). Pro-rata £16,380 - £18,057 per annum (inclusive of OLW).

22.5 hours per week.

This post is permanent, but is subject to performance continuous funding.

EACH is a growing charity providing specialist services to individuals and families affected by mental health, domestic violence, alcohol and substance misuse issues. Our success is driven by a diverse staff and volunteer team, passionate and committed to meeting local community needs.

• Coordinating and supporting peer volunteers to deliver service activities.
• Contributing to the monitoring and evaluation of work, providing statistics and reports on activity levels, peer volunteers and campaign impact.
• Disseminating key messages through local community channels such as social media and leaflets.
• Participating fully in agreed support structures for the post, including training and development.
• Representing EACH at meetings, briefings and networks; contributing to internal meetings and establishing organisational priorities.

• Good level of education to GCSE or above.
• Experience working with people who have lived experience of mental health issues.
• Knowledge of community engagement, empowerment processes and outreach.
• Experience working with Black, Minority & Ethnic communities.
• Experience working with a variety of stakeholders and safeguarding.
