A leading housing association in the UK is seeking a Housing with Support Manager to assist older residents in maintaining their independence. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering a high-quality housing management service, be knowledgeable about relevant legislation, and possess strong communication and IT skills. Location: Hendon - West Thorpe Garden - NW4 2TU
Salary: £31,335 - £32,984 (Dependent upon experience)
Contract: Full Time Permanent 37.5hrs per week

Our sheltered housing service provides on-site housing management and support for customers aged 55 and over, helping them maintain independence, choice, and control over their lives. We create a vibrant and secure environment where residents can enjoy an active social life if they choose.
As a Sheltered Housing Officer, you'll deliver a high-quality housing management service across our schemes, ensuring properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant. You'll be the first point of contact for residents, offering advice, support, and practical solutions to help them thrive.

To meet our commitment to providing safe, high-quality services to our customers we will complete an enhanced background check with the Disclosure and Barring Service, which will include a check of the Adult Barred list, once an offer employment is made. A new check will be completed every three years.
