Job description

We are looking for a children's nurse to join our enthusiastic ranks in the community, delivering care & support to CYP with the most complex health needs in our area. We cover the Harrogate & rural footprint & practice across a range of settings, i.e. home, school, social care.

We need someone with recent clinical community experience, including care of CYP requiring CIVAD access, administration of rheumatology medication, care of babies requiring O2 therapy, pressure area, enteral feeding, tracheostomy & wound care skills. We are looking for someone competent & confident in community children's nursing practice, including a range of excellent communication, training, solutions focused planning & self-management skills. Non medical prescriber desirable.
