Our team of 40 engineers, graduates and apprentices continues to grow and we have ambitious plans to expand the sectors we work in and our early careers training programme. As a leader within the team you will benefit from the expertise of our 150‑person London office spanning 10 disciplines and our well established local relationships. Our office has great travel links and is walking distance from Southwark, London Bridge and Borough train stations.

Responsibilities

This is a varied role made up of managing a 12‑person strong mechanical team, client engagement, work winning and project management.

  • Be a pro‑active member of the MEP leadership team, overseeing the day‑to‑day running of the mechanical team and managing multidisciplinary projects across a number of building sectors.
  • Maintain and develop external relationships with clients and take responsibility for the commercial performance of projects, including negotiating additional fees and facilitating new & continued work.
  • Act as a role model within the MEP team, ensuring projects are delivered to a 'right‑first‑time' approach and that appropriate quality management procedures are in place and adhered to.
Qualifications
