Deputy Headteacher (Curriculum)

Start Date: Easter 2026 or September 2026

Contract: Full-time, Permanent (Term Time + 5 days)

Salary: £51,000

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and highly skilled Deputy Headteacher (Curriculum) to join our senior leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and committed leader to shape the strategic direction of our curriculum and drive forward excellence in teaching and learning across the school.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced teacher with a proven track record of strong leadership and management. They will bring creativity, vision, and a deep understanding of curriculum development, alongside the ability to inspire staff and students alike.

We are looking for someone who :

• Demonstrates outstanding classroom practice and high expectations.
• Has significant experience in leading teams and driving whole‑school improvement.
• Possesses excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Is able to lead strategically while working collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
• Is committed to ensuring all students receive a broad, balanced, and ambitious curriculum.
