Are you an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in West London? SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting on behalf of a primary school in Harrow with specialist SEND provision. This role offers the chance to work closely with pupils with Autism, Speech & Language needs, and other additional learning needs, helping them access learning and thrive in school.
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support for primary‑aged pupils with SEND
- Assist pupils to access learning, follow routines, and build confidence
- Collaborate closely with teachers, SEN coordinators, and support staff to deliver targeted interventions
- Build trusting relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and progress
- Contribute to a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Experience supporting primary‑aged pupils with SEND
- Calm, patient and consistent approach
- Strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills
- Background in education, SEND support, or related experience (desirable)
Hours: 8:15 am – 3:45 pm, term‑time only
Start: Immediate start if the academic year initially
