Job summary

A construction recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager based in Greater London. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years in project management, preferable experience with new-build and refurbishment projects, and strong leadership skills. You will oversee project execution from start to finish, facilitating communication among stakeholders while ensuring attention to detail. Candidates with RICS membership are preferred but not necessary. This role offers the opportunity to lead a variety of major construction projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Senior Construction Project Management.
• Experience in new-build and refurbishment construction projects.
