A well-known hospitality company in Scotland is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team at the Melville Inn. In this role, you’ll lead a section, manage your team, and ensure the delivery of high-quality food. You will benefit from flexible shifts, training opportunities, and a range of discounts. Experience in a similar role is preferred, along with a passion for food and team development.
