We are actively looking to speak with Commercial Real Estate Asset Managers who are considering a move and meet the criteria suggested below. Ideally those already embedded in the facility agency world and working for one of the key players within this niche corner of the market.
The Asset Manager will manage a portfolio of Commercial Real Estate loans from drawdown through to redemption.
This involves working with Credit Admin to ensure timely and accurate servicing of a portfolio of loans for institutional clients.
The Associate Director will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain robust processes, timely communication and compliance with industry regulations.
Successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience involving CRE and be familiar with related loan and security finance documentation.
London / Hybrid Working Negotiable Salary + Package.
