The Role

As Head of Commercial, you'll lead on all aspects of commercial strategy from business development, sales, and marketing to partnerships and procurement while also overseeing operational delivery to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance. Your leadership will be central to achieving revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a forward-thinking commercial strategy aligned to organisational goals.
  • Lead business development, identifying opportunities to expand services and client base.
  • Build and manage relationships with local authorities, healthcare providers, and strategic partners.
  • Oversee sales and marketing activity to strengthen brand awareness and attract clients.
  • Ensure smooth operational performance, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective pricing strategies and financial oversight.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement across all commercial functions.
