We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic SENCo to join our senior leadership team and lead the Learning Support Department.As SENCo, you will play a key role in supporting the Headteacher in establishing the best possible provision for our pupils and promoting the College’s key strengths.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled, enthusiastic and ambitious leader to join our committed Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will work within our supportive environment to contribute to the success of our pupils at our thriving College by providing a holistic educational experience with a strong focus on well-being and mental fitness. The role will also be pivotal in developing our shared vision and strategic plan for the College.
Own transport is required as there is no public transport available.
Pay: Slindon College SLT Salary Scale EITHER:
Pay review pending September 2025.
