Teaching & Learning Administrator

Department: Teaching & Learning

Salary: £26,667 per annum

Contract Type: Permanent, Full time 37 hours per week

The Opportunity

The Teaching and Learning Administrator post offers a suitable challenge for someone seeking a fast‑paced, hands‑on role, supporting and driving the development of teaching and learning. You will plan and co‑ordinate whole‑college development activities, working with a range of people across the organisation, including Management and Human Resources.

Strong communication skills are key, as you will liaise with external stakeholders and manage the enrolment of candidates onto teacher training courses. You will also play an important role in ensuring smooth processes and accurate reporting, contributing to the success of teaching and learning initiatives across the college.

Our new Teaching and Learning Administrator will work with a variety of databases and systems, such as EBS, ProObserve, finance platforms, and Microsoft Teams. This will involve collating information for reporting purposes and providing feedback to the Teaching & Learning Coaches and Digital Transformation Team.
