A popular coffee shop chain in Bromley is looking for an Assistant Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and team development. The role involves running the store efficiently while maintaining high standards of service and product quality. Ideal candidates should have experience in a supervisory role and a passion for the brand. Competitive pay starts at £12.41 per hour, with perks including generous discounts and growth opportunities.

As an Assistant Manager you will support in the running of the store, providing great customer service and the best standards of coffee and food.

The starter rate for Assistant Managers in this location is £12.41 per hour, increasing to £12.56 with service.
