A private university in London's Royal Park is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to enhance its data-driven decision-making capabilities. This role involves optimising business processes, designing information systems, and requires experience in developing student systems. We are seeking Senior Business Analyst and Developers to help support the University's data-driven decision-making capability and our management information and business intelligence strategies.
You will work in an agile-oriented manner to optimise existing business processes and information flow, and help design and update the institution's information systems roadmap, encompassing HR, Finance, Work Management, CRM and Student Systems (including SITS). The ideal person will be someone who can showcase their previous involvement in rethinking the status quo to improve business operations, system integrations, and their impact on the student experience.
Experience in developing SITS or similar student systems is a requirement.
You will be able to draw on your university-based experience to progress technical project deliverables, including a programme of continuous improvement encompassing process diagnostics and design, and to translate requirements between business and technical colleagues.
