Working times: 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, Friday 8:30 to 15:30

We are seeking a time-served CNC Setter/Operator with experience in 3 & 5 Axis milling, capable of delivering precision and efficiency while upholding strict quality standards.
- Produce accurate, high-quality aerospace components from technical drawings using CNC machines.
- Set, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines to tight tolerances.
- Carry out self-inspection using a wide variety of measuring equipment.
- Take ownership of your work, ensuring all components meet required standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in manufacturing, quality, safety, sustainability, and energy efficiency.
- Maintain equipment, tooling, and a clean, safe working environment.
- Work to ISO 50001/14001/45001/9001 standards.
- Fully skilled, time-served CNC Setter/Operator (certificates required).
- Experience with 3 & 5 Axis milling machines.
- Aerospace manufacturing background (essential).
- Strong ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
- Competence with a wide range of measuring equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail, practical skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good IT literacy and ability to follow written instructions.
- Commitment to working safely and maintaining the highest quality.
