A prominent aerospace engineering firm in Bolton is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a day-shift engineering team. The role focuses on ensuring high equipment reliability across CNC machining and aerospace manufacturing facilities. Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical or electrical engineering backgrounds and relevant aerospace experience. Additionally, a hands-on approach to leadership and maintenance oversight is crucial for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance engineering.
• Previous experience in aerospace, precision engineering, or advanced manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machinery (Fanuc and/or Siemens control systems highly desirable).
• Understanding of PLCs, control systems, and automated equipment.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve diverse technical issues.
• Experience guiding or supervising technicians/engineers, or readiness for a leadership role.
