Job summary
A leading personal injury law firm in the UK is seeking an Associate to join its expanding team. You will handle your own caseload of employer and public liability claims both pre-litigation and post-litigation, while assisting on more complex cases. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to assess legal liabilities and a track record in a legal setting, while being self-motivated and ambitious. Qualifications
- Proven ability to handle casualty claims in a legal environment.
- Experience with pre and post litigation processes.
- Self-motivated with ambition for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload of EL and PL pre-litigation and litigated claims.
- Assist on higher value and complex claims.
- Use a case management system to meet financial targets.
