• Prepare warranty claims for submission.
• Check and clear weekly statements for claims.
• Ensure documentation meets manufacturer guidelines.
• Prepare invoices and warranty claims accurately.
• Complete repair order documentation correctly.
• Quickly deal with policy claims and reimbursements.
• Maintain control over returned displaced material.
• Reconcile warranty credits and administer discrepancies.
