A leading childcare provider in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to supervise and manage early years education. The role requires a Level 3 qualification and at least two years’ supervisory experience in a childcare setting. You'll lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care for children aged 0-5. The company values passion, teamwork, and provides excellent promotion opportunities within a growing team.
You must hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (as recognised by the DfE), with at least two years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within an early years setting. You should have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding procedures, and be confident in leading a team to deliver high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years.
