A residential care organization is seeking an experienced Registered Manager for a new children's home in Bolton. The role involves leading a team to provide high-quality care for young people with complex needs. Essential qualifications include a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare and at least one year of managerial experience in children's residential care. This position offers ongoing support and training from a dedicated leadership team.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a managerial role within children's residential care preferred.
- Knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and inspection processes desirable.
- Passionate about driving positive outcomes for young people.
