• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted frameworks, and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire teams across two homes to deliver exceptional child-centred care.
• Oversee care planning, safeguarding, compliance, and Ofsted standards.
