What you will be doing:
As an Inbound Business Development Representative, you will:
- Be part of the Business Development function responsible for converting high-intent inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities across EMEA.
- Own the full qualification process for Marketing-sourced leads, executing discovery calls to uncover business needs, challenges, and strategic priorities.
- Achieve/exceed monthly pipeline generation targets by converting inbound interest into sales-ready opportunities for our Account Executive team.
- Develop deep product knowledge to articulate our value proposition and align our solutions with prospect needs across different Financial Services verticals.
- Execute a disciplined qualification framework (MEDDICC or similar) to ensure only high-quality opportunities progress to sales.
- Maintain meticulous hygiene in Salesforce, documenting all prospect interactions, qualification criteria, and next steps to enable seamless handoffs.
- Leverage our tech stack efficiently (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.) to manage pipeline, track activity, and continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to provide feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and market intelligence.
- Partner with Account Executives to refine handoff processes and ensure continuity in the buyer journey.
- Become a student of our industry, building expertise in Financial Services trends, pain points, and competitive landscape.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates and career changers welcome).
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to build rapport quickly and ask insightful questions.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a desire to build something, not just execute a playbook.
- Competitive drive and resilience – you're motivated by targets and bounce back quickly from setbacks.
- A desire to build a career in B2B sales, using this role as a launching pad into Account Executive or specialized sales roles.
- Experience in Financial Services, SaaS, or B2B sales environments is a plus but not required – we'll teach you what you need to know.
