A prominent catering service provider in the UK is looking for an experienced Catering Manager to oversee food service operations. Responsibilities include managing staff, food preparation, and ensuring quality service standards. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in catering, good chef skills, and people management experience. This role offers a competitive benefits package and is contracted for 43 weeks per year.

Please note: This role is contracted to 43 weeks per year
This role will commence in January 2026.To organise and supervise the unit in accordance with and to the standards required by Compass Group UK & Ireland, the contract specification and statutory Regulations.
To be responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of the unit under their control providing a quality service.
Responsible for the preparation, cooking and service of food to agreed standards and specification.
To ensure the efficient and economic use is made of all resources, including stock, team members and company assets.
