A leading healthcare provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated professional to lead spiritual support for Muslim patients and staff. The role involves collaborating with a Multi-Faith Chaplaincy Team to fulfill the spiritual and cultural needs of the community. Applicants should be skilled in assessing needs and providing appropriate responses. Weekend shifts may be required, and the position is subject to a six-month probation. This role closes on 22 Dec 2025.
Qualifications
- Lead and provide spiritual support to Muslim patients and staff.
- Collaborate with Multi-Faith Chaplaincy Team to meet spiritual and cultural needs.
- Assess needs of individuals and provide appropriate responses.
Responsabilités
- Ensure spiritual support meets agreed standards.
- Act as a religious lead for Muslim patients and staff.
- Be a spiritual and cultural resource within the Trust.
