This is a unique opportunity for a religious minister to bring their calling into a diverse and dynamic environment, offering pastoral care, worship, and spiritual guidance to individuals from a wide range of faith backgrounds.

Your Mission
  • Lead and facilitate worship and religious study for your faith group, ensuring services are inclusive, respectful, and aligned with residents' spiritual needs.

  • Maintain sacred spaces and ensure access to religious materials, artefacts, and literature appropriate to your faith tradition.
  • Advocate for religious observance, advising management on key festivals, fasts, and holy days to ensure residents can practice their faith meaningfully.
  • Build bridges with external faith communities, ensuring continuity of care and best practice in spiritual support.
Who We're Looking For
  • Lead worship and provide pastoral care.
  • Hold appropriate theological or ministerial qualifications.
  • Be committed to interfaith collaboration and respectful dialogue.
  • Can work within a secure environment with sensitivity and discretion.
  • Passionate about serving those in need, regardless of background or belief.

  • Have lived in the UK for the past three years.
  • Pass enhanced background checks including criminal record, financial history, and social media screening.
