Job summary
A leading community service provider is seeking a part-time Careers Information Advice and Guidance Adviser based in HMP Winchester. The ideal candidate will empower individuals to develop skills and confidence through tailored career coaching and workshops. This permanent role offers a salary of £26,000 to £29,000 (pro rata), plus benefits including generous annual leave and a pension scheme. Flexibility and resilience are key attributes for candidates, along with a strong motivation to make a difference in the lives of individuals in custody.
