A leading financial institution is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruitment Coordinator to manage the recruitment cycle across various business lines. The successful candidate will provide guidance to hiring managers, maintain engagement in recruitment processes, and implement improvements as necessary. Strong written communication skills and previous recruitment experience are essential. The Talent Acquisition Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role moving recruitment processes forward, maintaining momentum and engagement through the coordination and execution of vital administrative responsibilities.
By supporting Associate Directors (ADs) in Talent Acquisition, you will assist with managing and delivering on tasks throughout the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Functions across all business lines (e.g. Risk, Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, Finance, Marketing, HR), for our Wealth Management and Capital Markets platforms in the UK and Europe.
