Home Instead Westminster is seeking an Entry-Level Home Care Assistant to join our team in Central London,. As a Care Professional, you will be working in our clients's homes, providing essential care and support to individuals in need. If you are compassionate, dedicated, and eager to make a difference in the lives of others, we welcome you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders
- Help clients with light housekeeping tasks and errands
- Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior
Requirements:
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
