Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support with moving & handling and transfers.
• Provide personal care including showering, bathing, and dressing.
• Administer medication via PEG and manage PEG.
• Provide tracheotomy care and oral suction.
• Assist with meals tailored to a mashed diet.
• Support access to community with a specialist wheelchair.
• Help maintain a habitable home.
