IT Stores Admin / Delivery Driver

A national health service provider in Glasgow is looking for an IT Stores Admin / Delivery Driver to join their Asset Management Team. Your duties will include loading and unloading IT equipment for delivery, managing inventory in storage, and collecting redundant equipment across the area. The role involves significant manual labor, requiring a valid driver's license with Category C1. This position promotes a culture of inclusion and welcomes diverse candidates.
Qualifikationen
- Valid driver's license, including Category C1.
- Ability to handle heavy loads and perform manual labor.
Aufgaben
- Loading and unloading IT equipment for delivery.
- Booking IT equipment into central stores.
- Collecting redundant IT equipment.
- Delivering scheduled equipment orders.
Kenntnisse
An opportunity has arisen to join the Asset Management Team within eHealth, Operations, NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde as we seek to recruit to this IT Stores Admin / Delivery Driver.
Main Tasks / Responsibilities, not exhaustive.
- Loading/Unloading IT equipment for delivery across Greater Glasgow and Clyde Area
- IT Equipment booked into central stores areas
- Carry out collections of redundant IT equipment from Greater Glasgow and Clyde Area
- Delivery of scheduled equipment orders to various sites and locations
The role will be significantly manual labour for the candidate.
Transferring of heavy loads from pushing, pulling and moving into agreed locations.
Driver licence essential to role, including Category C1
