The Home Care Co-ordinator supports people from all walks of life. We are looking for people to join the team who share the same values as us: care, compassion and teamwork! You will have a passion for helping people when it comes to care and put our service users at the heart of everything you do.
Being a PCRS Home Care Co-ordinator doesn’t just mean helping service users to remain at home and independent as possible while respecting their rights of choice, privacy and dignity. It also means working as part of a team to develop personalised care plans and supporting our staff to deliver the best possible end-of-life care.

To succeed in the role of Sunflower Home Care Co-ordinator you will need the following qualities and skills:
Experience of caring/support work for others is essential. Having a caring nature and strong belief in teamwork are very important. You need to be comfortable talking to, and working with, people from different back grounds and professions, you’re great at keeping records, too.
