We are searching for a Financial Accounting and Advisory Services Manager.

We seek a Manager to support our Financial Accounting and Advisory Services team across various UK regions, working on technical accounting, financial reporting, and business advisory projects.

You will:

1. Work on complex projects involving accounting standards under FRS102, IFRS, and FRS101, group reconstructions, GAAP conversions, technical accounting papers, and acquisition support.
2. Become a financial reporting specialist and trusted advisor to clients.
3. Coach and develop junior staff and contribute to business development.
4. Provide exceptional client service with regular updates and communication.

What we are looking for:

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Our ideal candidate will have:

1. ACA qualification or equivalent
2. Experience with UK GAAP and IFRS financial reporting
3. Experience in a professional practice or providing written accounting advice to clients
4. Strong project management and organizational skills
5. Experience supervising and coaching junior staff
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
