A tech-for-good software company is seeking a Senior .NET Developer in Exeter, offering a hybrid work model. You will lead projects, develop cloud-based software, and collaborate closely with Product Owners. Ideal candidates should have experience in .NET and C#, along with a collaborative attitude to work within an Agile team. The company fosters a supportive culture with dedicated time for personal development. Salary is competitive, up to £62,000.
I am recruiting for a Senior .NET Developer to join an awesome tech‑for‑good software company operating in the healthcare field based in Exeter, operating a hybrid working model with two days per week in the office.
You’ll join an experienced Agile Kanban team developing cloud‑based software products that help millions of people across the UK. As a Senior Developer, you will lead projects, take ownership, and be involved in key decision‑making, working with a tech stack focused on .NET and C#. The role involves test‑driven development, pair programming, and team collaboration, so you’ll need to be comfortable with this way of working, though previous experience isn’t essential.
You’ll work closely with Product Owners to understand requirements, scope solutions, analyse data, and deliver high‑quality code, while also helping to constantly improve Agile processes, adopt best practices, and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity. Candidates should be happy to use AI tools day‑to‑day, without relying solely on them.
They are looking for an experienced .NET developer who is confident taking on additional responsibility when needed. The company offers a supportive culture, where learning is encouraged and everyone gets 2 hours every fortnight dedicated to personal development and upskilling.
Salary: Up to £62,000.
