Junior Business Central Developer

Your New Role

• Design, develop, and introduce new features and functionalities using the AL language within Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring our systems remain at the cutting edge.
• Work closely with functional consultants and users, capturing requirements and delivering solutions in an agile, collaborative environment.
• Continuously refine and enhance existing functionalities to boost performance and elevate the user experience.
• Ensure all developments are rigorously tested before deployment, upholding the highest standards of quality.
• Manage application environments and oversee release processes, adhering to IT standards for delivery within a three-tier environment.
• Collaborate with fellow IT team members to integrate Business Central with other systems and applications, fostering seamless connectivity.
• Provide technical support and training to users as needed, empowering colleagues to make the most of our technology.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and updates in the Business Central community, ensuring our solutions remain relevant and forward-thinking.
• Participate in code reviews to guarantee adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Business Central and its integrations, ensuring smooth and reliable operations.

Desirable Qualifications and Professional Memberships

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Accreditation in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Development is highly regarded.

• Hands‑on experience with Power Platform integration, including Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
